For instance, if you want to watch a movie or do a bit of light window shopping on your days off, you and your friends can meet up at the grand Festival Mall Alabang. This large mall is just a 15-minute commute from Studio 2 (you can actually walk there if you want to, weather permitting) so you do not have to factor in your travel time when meeting with your friends there.

You will find almost everything that you’ll need in Festival Mall. There are dozens of different shops that sell everything from clothes to electronics. There are also lots of cinemas in the mall where you can catch the latest local and international flicks. If you are looking for a way to spend your days off in a relaxing way, going here is the best.

On the other hand, if you want an experience that is a bit more extreme and adrenaline-pumping, you can go to Filinvest Drive and head straight into the FIlinvest Mountain Biking Trail. This man-made off-road trail in the middle of the city is a welcome treat for adrenaline junkies and mountain biking aficionados. You no longer have to drive for hours towards the outlying provinces just to get your adrenaline fix. In fact, you can just ride your bike from Studio 2 towards the MTB trail and it will only take you thirty minutes at the most.

Now, if you find yourself taking a somewhat serious spill on your mountain bike, don’t worry as there are plenty of clinics and hospitals nearby. First of all is the Asian Hospital and Medical Center, a huge hospital complex that is equipped with all of the modern medical equipment and staffed by highly professional physicians. On the other hand, if you just want to get a basic check-up, there are dozens of medical clinics in the neighborhood of the Festival Mall.

There are plenty of things to do and places to see just within the Alabang area of Muntinlupa. However, if that is still not enough for you, you can hop on a bus and in a few minutes, you will find yourself in the Makati CBD. You can also head over to the Bonifacio Global City, which will take the same amount of time.
